					<h3 class='heading-more'><span>Which Division Should I Choose?</span></h3>
					<div class='learn-more-content'>Elite is for athletes who can do most WODs Rx&#8217;d. If you can do most movements except a few (like muscle-ups or handstand pushups) you are probably Elite. Please don&#8217;t sign up for Mixed if you perform well on most workouts but aren&#8217;t good at 1 or 2 movements.<em> Our Mixed workouts are meant to be fun, NOT hard.</em> Elite workouts are much more challenging and are similar to workouts on CrossFit HQ or at a regular crossfit affiliate. <em>All of our workouts, Mixed and Elite, are team-based. If you cannot perform 1 movement, have someone else on your team do that portion!</em></div>

<p>*MIXED division competes from 8am-1pm.</p>

<h2>Referees and Volunteers</h2>
<p>*If you register to compete for ELITE division you can volunteer to referee for MIXED division. If we need more referees, we will contact you and reimburse you the entry fee after the event. You must be able to referee for the entire MIXED division competition (8am-1pm).</p>
<p><strong>*</strong>All referee&#8217;s will receive an official AAL referee uniform for use during this event.</p>

<h2>Mixed Division Workouts</h2>
<h3>Mixed WOD #1</h3>
<p>A)     6 Min WOD &#8211; Max Reps Thruster for 1 Min Each Athlete 95/55lbs</p>
<p>B)      7 Min WOD &#8211; As a team complete 150 barrier burpees and then 50 sumo-stance deadlifts (NOT sumo-deadlift-highpulls) 185/135lbs with 2 teammates working at a time. Once all 150 barrier burpees and 50 sumo-deadlifts are completed, the remainder of the time is for max reps sumo-deadlifts until time runs out. Team with max reps of deadlifts wins. *Each team receives one guy barbell and one girl barbell.</p>
<h3>Mixed WOD #2</h3>
<p>A)     Team must complete 3 rounds of tandem OH lunge 60 ft 45/25lbs (2 people working) and 165lb sled push 200ft (2 people pushing). The sled cannot be pushed until the lunges are completed and members may sub-in at any time.</p>
<p>B)      The team must complete a 4 cone suicide collecting weight plates and bring them back to the start line. They then must assemble two barbells and perform 50 ground-to-overhead. The weight for the barbells will be determined by your team but each team gets the same number of 15lb and 10lb plates.</p>
<p>C)      Team must complete another 3 rounds of tandem OH lunge 60 ft 45/25lbs (2 people working) and 165lb sled push 200ft (2 people pushing). The sled cannot be pushed until the lunges are completed and members may sub-in at any time.</p>
<h3>Mixed WOD #3</h3>
<p>A)     Chipper:<br />
Whole team sprints 2x around the bldg (350m or so)<br />
25 wallballs 20/10lbs 10’ target<br />
25 box jumps 24/20”<br />
25 kb swings 55/35lbs<br />
25 slamballs 20/15lbs<br />
Whole team runs 2x around the bldg (350m or so)</p>
<p>B)      The team runs 2x around the bldg, the 1<sup>st</sup> member does 25 wallballs. When complete 2<sup>nd</sup> member does 25 wallballs and the 1<sup>st</sup> does 25 box jumps, etc. Each person can only move to the next station when all other team members are finished with their movements. Time is called when the whole team is back from the last sprint 2x around the bldg.</p>

<h2>Elite Division Workouts</h2>
<p><strong>Elite Round 1 <span style="text-decoration: underline;">(From the 2010 Games Team event)</span></strong></p>
<p>Two rounds for time of:<br />
70 thrusters (155/105lb.)<br />
50 chest-to-bar pull-ups<br />
100 meter buddy carry<br />
(12-minute time cap)</p>

<p><strong>Elite Round 2 <span style="text-decoration: underline;">(Same as mixed division but heavier)</span></strong></p>
<p>A)     Team must complete 3 rounds of tandem OH lunge 60 ft 45/25lbs (2 people working) and 200+lb sled push 200ft (2 people pushing). The sled cannot be pushed until the lunges are completed and members may sub-in at any time.</p>
<p>B)      The team must complete a 4 cone suicide collecting weight plates and bring them back to the start line. They then must assemble two barbells and perform 50 ground-to-overhead. The weight for the two barbells will be determined by your team but each team gets the same number of 25lb, 15lb and 10lb plates.</p>

<h2>Scoring</h2>
<p>We&#8217;ll have live scoring during the event which will be accessible on your phone a few minutes after your heat completes the workout. Classic CrossFit-type scoring will be used for this event; the rank of your team in each event is the number of points they receive. Score after all 3 events is your team&#8217;s rank.</p>
