The day of the event both Atl League and Dog Days will be present. Dog Days will be running the competition while Atlanta League will have their table setup to answer questions and MC the event. We’re super excited for this event!

Teams of 3-5 people, any mix of genders including all-male or all-female
RX and Competitor Divisions
-3+ WODs: 1)Strength + Chipper, 2)Team AMRAP, 3)GRID Style WOD
-Prizes for top 3 teams in each division

You cannot register for someone else on your team.

The Atlanta League allows 1 gym owner per box per team to compete free. If you have multiple owners, only 1 can compete free and you must provide proof of ownership. If you have 2 owners on the same team, only 1 can compete free. Email james@atlantaleague.com.
